I would describe myself as Creative, Compassionate and Competent.
Originally from Ukraine, I have been fortunate to receive top tier education both here and abroad that allowed me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities and belief systems. My academic background, combined with years of professional experience, has equipped me with a deep understanding and heightened sensitivity toward a broad spectrum of human challenges.
Over the past two decades, my professional journey has spanned countries, states, and cities, offering therapeutic services through local agencies, community organizations, and private practice. My work has focused on empowering a wide range of communities, including military members and their families, women, refugees, and LGBTQ individuals.
As the wife of a military veteran and a mother, I bring firsthand insight into the unique challenges faced by service members and their families—both during active duty and after their transition to civilian life. This personal connection strengthens my commitment to supporting military communities with understanding and care.
A Little Bit More About Me
When I’m not seeing clients, I love to spend my time with family and friends, cooking, enjoying nature, and taking care of my pets and my home garden.
I admire history and enjoy exploring different cuisines. I like trying new restaurants popping up in the rapidly growing Fort Worth, Keller, and Southlake area.
I can lose track of time with a good book, in antique stores, and hunting for unique items in flea markets.

That everyone has a source of inner freedom inside. As your therapist, my goal is to aid your recovery process so that you can become a better version of you and access your strengths and resources.
My goal is not to keep you on as a client forever but to empower you to function better on your own!
